At carsDNA.com, we do not ship physical goods.
All vehicle history reports are delivered electronically by email to the email address provided at checkout. Once your purchase is completed and payment has been successfully processed, your report will generally be sent shortly after purchase.
Delivery Method
- Reports are delivered by email only.
- No postal, courier or in-person delivery is provided.
- No shipping address is required for delivery of reports.
Delivery Timeframes
- Reports are generally delivered shortly after payment is confirmed.
- While we use reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery, delivery times are not guaranteed.
- Delivery may be delayed by technical issues, incorrect customer details, spam filters, email provider delays or matters outside our control.
Customer Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- providing a valid and correct email address at checkout;
- checking your inbox, junk and spam folders;
- ensuring your email service accepts messages from us.
If you enter the wrong email address, delivery may be delayed or fail entirely, and we may need to manually assist with re-sending the report.
Failed Delivery
If you do not receive your report within 24 hours of purchase, please contact us at:
Before contacting us, please check:
- your junk/spam folder;
- that the email address used at checkout was correct; and
- whether your payment was successfully completed.
If non-delivery is verified and the failure was caused by us or our systems, we will use reasonable efforts to re-send the report.
Shipping Charges
- There are no shipping charges for reports.
- The price shown at checkout is the price payable for the report, subject to any applicable taxes or fees disclosed at checkout.
No Physical Delivery
Because our reports are digital products delivered electronically:
- there is no shipping carrier;
- there are no tracking numbers;
- there is no delivery to a physical address; and
- there are no international shipping options.
Refunds and Delivery Issues
Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
However, subject to those rights and our Terms and Conditions:
- refunds are not provided for change of mind once a Report has been delivered; and
- where a report cannot be delivered due to a failure on our part, our primary remedy will be to re-supply the report.
